The notice for RO and ARO posts, also known as Samiksha Adhikari and Sahayak Samiksha Adhikari, has been officially released by UPPSC.
UPPSC also revised the UPPSC Calendar 2020-21 and had earlier released it on their website. While the total vacancies announced are 337 this time, the vacancies for General recruitment were 228, and the rest 109 are under Special Recruitment.

UPPSC RO/ARO Eligibility Criteria 2021

Age Limit for UPPSC RO ARO
As per the UPPSC guidelines for the age limit of eligible candidates, the minimum age limit is 21 years, and the maximum age limit is 40 years.
The reserved category candidates(SC/ST) and some other categories are offered certain age relaxations, applicable as per the rules of UPPSC for the RO/ARO recruitment process.
UPPSC RO/ARO Educational Qualification
As per the official guidelines, candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree from any recognised university or equivalent qualification until the last date to receive the online application.
A bachelor’s degree in any stream is considered.

Average UPPSC RO ARO Salary
The RO/ARO salary structure is Grade Pay 4200 to 5400 – Level 6 to Level 9. The in-hand salary of ARO is approximately ₹ 40,000.
The basic pay of UPPSC RO is ₹ 47,600. With a Pay Level of 8 and with grade pay of 4800. The maximum salary offered is ₹ 1,51,100.

- The candidate requires an O-Level Certificate in Computer Application.
- The candidate must know and possess knowledge of Hindi (script: Devanagari)
